after studying, the development and reform commission of guizhou province has recently issued a reply to the provincial department of communications and transport (no. 121, guizhou communication (2020)) on the request for approval of the feasibility study report on the expansion project of the section of the hukun national highway from anshun to pan zhou (yunnan border) , agreeing to build the capacity expansion project for the section of the hukun national highway from anshun to guizhou yunnan. the expansion project of hu-kun national expressway from anshun to guizhou yunnan is an important part of the national expressway network, and it is also an important part of guizhou provincial expressway network. according to the reply, the route starts from the twelve mile camp on the eastern side of puding county and connects with the puding county-anshun expressway and the anshun west-around-the-city expressway, which have been built, through the county seat of puding county, the horse farm, the long river, the foot of the rock, the fall, the jingkou, the monkey farm, the wild bell, the flower jia, the silt, the pan north, the open area, the pan pass, and the yan feng tunnel at the dian boundary, to connect the proposed expansion project of the section from fuyuan (yunnan-guizhou boundary) to qilin in yunnan province on the hu-kun national highway, the total length of the project is about 170.9 km (including 40.1 km of the joint section from the east of the rockfoot hub to the arita hub and the national highway from nayong county to qinglong county, which is not included in the project) . the actual construction mileage is about 130.8 km. there are 13 interchanges on the whole line, including 12 li ying (hub and reconstruction) , pudingnan, machang, longhe, yanjiaodong (hub and part of the ramp) , arada (hub) , gezhi, huajia, niangniangshan, silt (short-term landing and long-term reconstruction hub conditions) , jichang ping, talc (hub) and panguan, reserve ye zhong junction interchange. the construction of six interchange links will be carried out simultaneously for about 38.9 km, as well as the necessary transport engineering and facilities along the route. the estimated total investment of the project is 32.311 billion yuan, of which the project capital is not less than 20% of the total project investment. the overall design speed is 100 km/h and the width of the roadbed is 33.5 m. the principle of connecting line of interchange adopts the standard construction of secondary highway. highway-grade i is adopted in the design of bridges and culverts in the whole line, and other technical indexes should conform to the "highway engineering technical standard" (jtg b01 -- 2014) .
